When applying in person, the person who owns the vehicle must visit with only their ID card and fill out and submit the ‘Application for Re-issuance of Vehicle Registration Certificate’ to complete the application for re-issuance.
Personal vehicle: Bring your ID for the principal, a copy of resident registration or family relationship certificate and agent ID for a family representative, a copy of the owner’s seal, power of attorney (seal and seal), and agent ID for a non-family agent, and a copy of the co-owner’s ID for a jointly owned personal vehicle. Can be issued without submitting a city power of attorney or seal certificate.
