Did all the other POTC films world premier at Disneyland?
And will POTC4 likely world premier there?
My friend has promised he'd take me to the world premier,
if POTC4 does indeed make it to the screen! And I wanna
start getting ready NOW!!
*eeeekkkkkk

Yes, the previous three films premiered at Disneyland. Living on the wrong half of the US, I've never been to California (let alone one of the premieres), but I know that many of the members here have had wonderful experiences. _________________ Captain Joe Pancake's biggest fan. The AWE premiere was awesome and exhausting....spent 14 hours on Main Street waiting but got a bunch of pictures and everyone's signature on my Mickey ears

OMG, it looks so great......
Seeing the stars, getting autographs,
Getting to see DL again and the new POTC ride
and the COAT!!!!!!!!!!!! 'A coat' is still here on
display yes!?!?
OMG - making a list, will be checking it a million times!!!
1. Make two frock coats to take and get signed.
2. Design and make a Jack-esque outfit for myself for actural premier.
3. Find out about tickets.
4. Make a list of what to buy at premier. Just one word on it--EVERYTHING!!
5. Decide on something else to take for everyone else to sign--one thing or many?
6. Make Cam something.....maybe something with the Sparrow tattoo on it.....
7. Does CA have any crazy car rental rules.
8. Is it still safe to go to Tijuana?
9. What else can I see while I'm out there.
.....more later, my head is spinning too fast right now............*wow!!!
If I weren't OCD enough before.....you can bet there'll be no un-dotted
i's or un-crossed t's this trip!!!!!!!!!!!! _________________ My Jack stuff & tutorials

It will be interesting if they do sell tickets to the premier as the first two movies it was invitation only.
Also I believe that ticket holders had a lotted times to take their seats so that they were not on the red carpet at the same time as the stars. So I am interested to know if anyone who did have ticket, were able to get any autographs?
For anyone watching the red carpet, Disneyland has a no costume rule. |

Not as long as I have been a passholder - going on 3 years now. They used to have some props upstairs, but they have been gone for a long time now. _________________

What about the third? So, if you can't get tickets at DL world premier, maybe go to some other premier ....NY? Chicago? where JD will be. Do they tell where he will be or is it luck of the draw or something?
.....and neither I nor my compadre would be wearing a costume......
unless you count his cowboy boots which I told him he'd have to attach suede buckets to the top of......don't think he getz it.....LOL....

The only US premier as at Disneyland and the tickets for AWE were $1500 each!
A tip for anyone lining up to watch the red carpet, the hotels along Harbour Blvd are much closer to the start of the line. |

Blimey!! Is there one at WDW? I thought I was remembering someone saying they had a display at the end of the ride and you went by it, not a stellar look see, but just it was there???
Maybe I'm just crazy....

Really!! But worth twice that, ay!?!?!
Well, will just have to hope we can snag two.
or at least one for ME, Cam can wait it out at
the beach or something!?!?!?
I've "devoted" two years of my life to the good Captain
will be more than three by the time if/when POTC4
comes, and I'll not give up till ALL HOPE IS GONE.
Those who know me, know this is true

Oh, wow! Really!! Yeah, all the fun and a tenth of the price!! I like that kind of bargain!! And that alone would make me one happy little jackaholic!!!
My priorities are:
A. See /a/ coat
B. See POTC4
C. See Depp --get autographs if possible...
Cam's priorites are:
A. See Depp
B. See Strumpets
C. See more Strumpets....
He is a man, after all !?!?!?
A fan of Depp, but just so-so on POTC.
shhhh! I didn't tell him Scarlett and Giselle probably
won't be in the movie!?!

| Costumes are allowed at El Capitan. While I would have loved to have seen AWE at the premier, I was very tired after the 3 am start. I did enjoyed watching the red carpet from the bleechers and then seeing the movie at the El Capitan with the "REAL" fans. At the midnight screening Johnny was there too, unfortunately we didn't see him. |

I would love to go to a premiere, but I live on the wrong side of the United States. More then likely, I'll go to the midnight screening when it opens. Never been to a midnight show before. _________________ Last three movies seen:

Drive, I have done a few fantastic road trips across the USA. I live in Australia and I plan to be at the Premier.
The best experience is seeing a film with a theatre full of real fans and that's what you get at the midnight screenings. True fans laugh and scream much louder |

Neither driving nor flying interest me at this moment. So, I'm thinking that I will just settle for the midnight screening. _________________ Last three movies seen:
