MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
First of all, thank you for taking the time to check into Premium Memberships on our site and message board!
As some of you know, running a popular site and message
board is not a cheap proposition. In fact, it can be quite
costly. The more visitors and the more content we have,
the more expensive it is to keep on the Internet.
Rather than be heavy with advertising in banner ads and pop ups, we'd prefer to offer a Premium Membership to you, one that will give you something extra and help us pay our expenses.
We're offering 2 separate memberships:
Premium Membership - $15
Piratical Message Board Membership - $10
Premium Membership
Premium Membership to the KeepToTheCode website is $15.00, and for that lifetime price (as long as the site is up and active on the Internet), you will get the following:
- A page on the site that will have stories and interviews
that are only available by being a member of KeepToTheCode.
This page will have news stories, interviews with people
associated with the movie, and other features as we
have them to
bring to you. - A membership card for the KeepToTheCode Piratical Society, which will be sent to you in your chosen Pirate name. Please choose a unique Pirate name, and realize that if your chosen name has already been taken, we'll contact you for another choice.
- Offers for other, exclusive merchandise only available at KeepToTheCode.
If you're interested in this membership (who wouldn't be?) you can sign up either by money order or Paypal (US funds only). In either case we need your Name and address, Chosen Pirate name, and make sure you tell us that you want the KeepToTheCode premium Membership. Piratical Message Board Membership
The other membership plan we're offering for $10.00 is our Piratical Message Board Membership. This membership does NOT get you the premiums offered in the site membership, however, it gives you a different set of premiums. With the Message Board Membership, you will receive (for at least a period of one year):
- Access to our Gaming forum “The Stagger Inn” – a place for you to play online games, tell Pirate jokes, and be a little more rowdy than on our other forums. We'll be running some very fun games for you, like "Pirate Battleship," "Pirate Life", maybe even a scavenger hunt or something a little more difficult.
- Access to our "Only The Stars To Guide Ye" forum, where you can talk about the stars of the movies and their projects outside of the Pirates movies. If you want to talk about how cute one of the stars is, this is the only place to do that on our forums.
- Access to "Tortuga", our off topic forum where you can talk to your shipmates about anything else going on in your life.
- Your "Pirate Kit", consisting of an eyepatch, a compass, 2 Pirat-ey tattoos, a bag filled with Pirate booty (Coins and jewels), and a Bandana.

All proceeds over and above site expenses will be donated to a good cause. We're currently working with Make-A-Wish to send some children and families to Disneyland and/or Walt Disney World, and will hopefully be making some other donations as well. Our success in these endeavors depends on you and your generosity; and we'd like to thank you in advance for joining us in these donations. Taking the time to join our site and helping us with these causes means a great deal to us.
